I just celebrated my 2 years of sobriety yesterday. It all started with a phone call to a delphi help line. I was enrolled in the program at Palm Beach Institute which is a part of the Delphi network. I spent 57 days at PBI in the intensive inpatient program. I know it is cliche to say but it truly changed my life and the way I think. PBI gave me the coping mechanisms I needed to deal with my daily life problems instead of turning to drugs and alcohol to numb the feelings and problems I was going through. If anyone is reading this and thinking about getting help, just pick up the phone and call cause it will ultimately save your life like it did mine. I was in a black hole of self hatred and was slowly killing myself and hurting all of my loved one around me. If you think you might have a problem just ask for help. There is no shame in it. Help yourself and help the people that care about you in your life. The Delphi group and PBI are amazing and have amazing employees that ACTUALLY care about you. You are not just a number there. You are a person that is truly cared about. Everyone's life matters and everyone deserves happiness. I consider PBI my family and there will always be a special place in my heart for them when I thought nothing of myself and they gave me the tools to succeed and actually have a happy and meaningful life. So I will say it again. If you are reading this and think you or someone you love have a problem... call them because they will help. YOU CAN DO IT!

When I arrived at PBI in February of this year, I was completely broken. It took quite a while for me to even begin the journey of putting my puzzle back together. Grief of losing some of my closest loved ones and a monster of an addiction proved to be an almost fatal mixture. God led me to PBI. They held me close. They allowed me to cry and share my inner most pain and struggles, as well as, teaching me all the while how to express myself and to live for myself. Truly! Was this easy? He'll no! Did I complain? He'll no! The hurt was too deep for that. It was either live or die and through the wonderful, courageous people there. I learned how to live!!! This month I'll have 8 months clean, sober, and facing life as it comes with the light of recovery.

The staff is cool. And some of them are so caring and went above and beyond. Foods pretty good too 🤪

For someone not wanting to quit drinking I just celebrated 10 years and it all started with the staff telling me the truth about me (thank you Jim Rapp) and letting me know that I was going to have to do some work if I was planning on living a happy life that no one could give it to me I would have to earn it. Which meant that I was going to have to learn how to live and respect myself and build my own self esteem that I no longer have to play or be a victim, it did not serve me well. Thanks for you have done and continue to do one day at a time....

PBI forever hold a special place in my heart as long as it beats. The staff went above and beyond time after time to ensure every need I had was meant, ensuring me the best possible environment to concentrate on my recovery. Counselors and therapists were knowledgeable and professional, guiding me towards a solid foundation for me to start a new more enriched life. I will be forever grateful to PBI and it's staff for their integral part in my recovery , giving me the tools necessary to thrive in the future.

When I came to treatment I had no idea what to expect and PBI made me feel comfortable. Best decision of my life was checking into treatment. I had a great experience and recommend PBI to anyone seeking treatment. I completed the full program and it has saved my life.

PBI has an excellent clinical staff, due to the awesome therapists, case management, and alumni director I have prospered in my recovery. Matt needle and Genna deserve promotions if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have made it. The staff here truly cares.

Great place that gives you so much. The staff is extremely caring and wants you to succeed. If you want to give yourself the best chance at recovery this is the place.

PBI was an amazing experience. The staff were courteous and helpful. They listened and always tried to help if possible. The whole place is devoted towards helping you recover and learn to live with being an alcoholic or addict. The grounds are clean and well taken care off. The food is delicious with lots of variety, and the trips off the grounds (once you're out of detox) provide support, entertainment, and exercise. They hold a community meeting once a week to address the concerns of the clients as well as individual concerns as needed. An amazing place that helped me get my life back. I will always be grateful.

Palm Beach Institute is a place to come if you want to change your life. I thought all treatment centers were the same until I found PBI. They truly care about each and every person that comes in. I love this place and I am so grateful for what they did for me. I would recommend it to the people I love the most.

I’m forever grateful for Pbi and it’s staff. They’ve helped me through one of the toughest times in my life. I’ve never come across a staff like Pbi’s that genuinely cares and is dedicated to help saving its clients lives. By the grace of God a year later I’m still sober. My life has changed tremendously and I’ll never forget those who started this journey with me. To this day Pbi still continues to help me grow on my journey of sobriety. Matt is the best!!

i went to PBI and it was an amazing experience, at least when i started to become honest open minded and willing to take the little suggestions they gave me. now if your looking to just go on vacation, i wouldn't recommend going there because they are all very serious about helping everyone that goes there. Now if your actually seeking help, i would highly recommend anyone with any substance abuse problem to go to PBI. i have been to multiple treatment centers and their clinical team they have is by far the best i have ever had the privileged to deal with. they all care a great deal and truly want to see people do well and get the help they came there for, and they get pleasure out of seeing people do well, it is much more than a job to them. yet again, if even 1% of you wants help i would highly recommend going to PBI, i wouldn't be sober today if i never want there and that is an absolute fact.

As far as Rehabs go, you’re not going to find many better.. I’ve read some of the negative reviews and it seems like it’s mostly kids, or people behaving like kids. I went here in ‘09, I couldn’t say one negative thing about PBI. From the counselors, the daily AA meetings outside, the weekend beach or movie trip, the delicious food, even my fellow residents there... Everything and everybody was great.. Nobody wants to be sent to a rehab so I understand people being upset, but saying this place is anything but great, is just sour grapes. If I lived in Florida I would definitely go back for alumni meetings..

I went to PBI last December 2 days after my 25th birthday. I hated myself and didn’t know what to do anymore. Over my 54 day stay at PBI everyone there helped me figure out who I was. EVERYONE who works at PBI genuinely cares and helped save my life. I would not be here happy and sober loving life every single day if I didn’t walk through those doors and start my journey. It’s been a wild one but worth every second. Give yourself a chance to strive and you will. Thank you PBI!

Best treatment center I’ve been to. PBI provided all of the tools I needed to obtain long term sobriety. I would recommend this facility to anyone

This place saved my life. The staff is very caring and the facility was amazing. Food was great and my therapist Kim helped the whole way. I highly recommend PBI to who ever is seeking help
