I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff and Doctors are genuinely caring and supportive of people who want a better life. They don't judge, are always accomadating and are the reason I've been living a happy, productive drug free life for years. Unlike other detox/sobriety clinics, they do not push other types of addictive drugs and don't allow them. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else and am so glad I found them when I did!

Although some currently consider Suboxone treatment controversial. From my own experience it saved my life. Resolutions Medical is not a pill Mill. Resolution Medical is a very responsible organization and they truly care about their patients. They take special interest in each and every one. They're not Doling out pills like they're candy. Nicki, Nadine, Dionne and Kristi are angels. It is without exaggeration that I share with you; that if you're considering Suboxone maintenance or Suboxone for detox that you check out this treatment they are absolutely amazing I cannot say enough about them. My life has been an amazing journey since finding Resolutions. I never in a million years thought I could live a happy and functional life until I came here. They not only gave me my life back, they also gave my parents their daughter back, my kids the mom they so very much deserved, and my community a contributing citizen.

Great place, they not only help with addiction issues, they help me with my extreme anxiety. And they won't get you hooked onto all kinds of meds, they actually listen to you and care about your well being. After time, they get to kno you, and it's a great place to go.

Resolutions SAVED my life!!! I became a patient back in 2008 when I first decided that my life was a mess and Dr Lucas told me my life was worth saving and living, I just did not think that way back then. I had not fully surrendered to my disease of addiction and went back out many more times, including many more detox's and inpatient stays. Finally in 2013 I decided to do this the right way and thank God that Resolutions was still around, I was sad to hear of Dr Lucas's passing, Nikki, Nadine and the doctors there are absoluley amazing!! They really do care.

3 years sober and it is thanks to the staff at resolutions!! Patient centered care that actually cares about your recovery!! Discreet, professional, caring and sympathetic but most of all the treatment works!! Work the program and find a real solution to your addiction. It's changed my life for the better that's for sure

I have only praise for the doctors and staff at Resolutions. Everyone there is exceptionally caring and understand drug abuse as a disease not a character flaw. They are respectful and encouraging to their patients.

I have been with Resolutions since 2005 when Dr. Lucas was still with them he was a very caring and kind man. Resolution saved my life. Nikkie is an amazing and wonderful woman and so are the doctors and stuff there. They treat u with respect. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I would gladly tell my friends who are having problems in their lives to go to Resolution. Thank you Resolution for being there for me ❤

My experience with resolutions is great the staff and Drs are great.My life was in shambles and thanks to there program I can finally spearfish once again and I'm holding down a job.I just recently lost my brother and with the staff and Drs help I'm doing OK and have had no relapses so thank you all your very special people!!!!

This is a great office, everyone is very nice and helpful there. I have been to a few other offices and I must say this is the most professionally run, along with being much cleaner than most places. The doctor is always really optimistic, and has been great with helping me get through my addiction.

This place saved me. I was able to tell them what I was going through. After explaining my situation, they helped me and put me on my new path. The Dr's are all very knowledgeable, understanding and caring. The therapist I met, went beyond her way to help me with all that I was going through and needed. Nikki the owner does a wonderful job, and is on top of everything. As for whoever gave the negative review, calling it a drug pushing place, was probably looking for that I suggest you ignore their review. The Resolution Medical Center works with those that have no issuance and is a great price. If you are looking for a great inexpensive out-patient, you cannot beat this place. Great professional staff that aids you in every aspect. I was happy to find a place that works at my pace, knowing that all my needs are being met...

Resolutions has literally been the answer to my prayers. They truly HELP you, if you WANT to be helped. they are affordable & Nikkie (owner) works with you if you have insurance or not , she'll find a way for you to get the help that you need. The providers are great too! Dr. Escarria is one of the most caring, smart doctors I've encountered in FL , Kristie (therapist) is great! and all the nurse practitioners are too. I have nothing but great things to say about this practice & wish there were more practitioners that truly put the patient first, as these people do.
